I will not create artwork depicting hate speech or themes I find personally uncomfortable.
Since I am in Ukraine, if I do not answer you within a week after the deadline, you have the right to request a refund from the bank, since most likely I will not be able to answer you.• Payment on Paypal (USD) / Payoneer (EUR) / Fiverr.
• I start working on art after full prepayment.
• I am open to payment plans for orders exceeding $200, with specific terms discussed individually.
• I will not accept refunds.
• I have the right to publish your commissions on my public pages.
• I can ask for a surcharge if your character has a lot of complicated details. I could also ask for an additional fee for corrections at the stage of line-art, coloring and rendering.
• Deadline: from 2 weeks to 1 month for one art. If you need art by a certain date, then we can arrange it.
• 3 corrections at the sketch stage are free, then each correction is paid depending on the complexity
• Commercial use: +100% of full price
• Private commission: +50-100% (will not be published).
• Art has my watermark. Exceptions: art with commercial use, art for vocal cover or individual arrangement.
• I don't make corrections that relate to my style. Before the commission, make sure that your expectations match my drawing style
• I can wait if art cannot be publish until a certain date, but no more than 1-1.5 months.
• Don't write to me very often to ask about your commission process. As soon as I have updates with your commission, I show it to you myself
• The client may use the artwork for personal purposes (e.g., profile pictures, wallpapers) as long as proper credit is given to me as the artist.
• Clients are not allowed to sell prints, make merchandise, or use the artwork for monetary gain without a commercial license.
• As the artist, I retain all rights to the artwork, including using it in my portfolio or social media.
My art cannot be used for AI training, NFTs, or any crypto-related purposes.
